The Stiff Egg is hatched at the time of the Spring of Bourges 2001. Fred, resulting from the hardcore-punk scene (ex-singer of Tong!) launches out in musical creation on computer. It is then made accompany by a beater, Andrew, resulting him also from the hardcore (Happy Anger, Plod). With the beginning, the live one mixes with the electronic sequences and the instruments “traditionels”, guitar, low, battery… Then, the instruments accoustic left the place with the machines and synthés for live the more electronic.
